Services
How often should I clean my water tank?
Colombian Decree 1575 of 2007 requires drinking water storage tanks to be cleaned and disinfected at least every six months. Check with the local Health Department whether your type of premises has additional requirements.
Do I have to leave during fumigation?
Yes. People and pets must stay out of the treated area during application and until the re-entry time we give you has passed.
Do you sell PPE online?
Not yet. We quote on request and payment is arranged directly with us.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bogotá. If your service is in another city, write to us and we will confirm whether we can help.
Certificate portal
Why is my account "pending approval"?
We check that the tax ID or ID number you registered with belongs to one of our clients. This prevents someone else from seeing your certificates. We usually approve within one business day.
I can't see the certificate for a service that was already done.
We may not have published it yet, or it may be under a different ID number. Write to us with the service date.
How do I check whether a certificate is genuine?
On the "Verify a certificate" page, enter the code printed on the document. If it exists, you will see the service type and date.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page choose "Forgot your password?" and we will email you a link.
Personal data
What data do you ask for and why?
For the portal: name, ID type and number (to match your certificates), email and password. Phone and company are optional. For quotes: name, email and your message. Everything is explained in the personal data policy.
How do I ask you to delete or correct my data?
On the "Exercise my rights" page you can send an inquiry or a claim. We answer inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as required by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
Do you use advertising cookies?
No. We only use cookies needed for the site and your session to work. Details are in the cookie policy.
