These terms govern the use of the website and client portal of ROMAP GROUP S.A.S. ("Romap Group"). By using the site or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by ROMAP GROUP S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 902.116.716-6, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, address Calle 48 R Sur # 5M-33, phone 316 055 6401, email ventas@romapgroup.com.
We provide environmental services (water tank cleaning and disinfection, fumigation and pest control, among others) and supply personal protective equipment (PPE).
2. What the site is for
The site provides information about our services, lets you request quotes, verify the authenticity of certificates and, for registered and approved clients, download certificates for services performed.
Published information is general. The scope, price and conditions of each service are defined in the quote accepted by the client.
3. Quotes and contracting
Requests sent through the site are not a contract. The contract is formed when the client accepts in writing (including email or message) a quote issued by Romap Group.
We do not currently accept payments through the site. Payments are made through the methods stated in the quote or invoice.
Quoted prices include or itemize taxes as stated in the quote, and remain valid for the period it indicates.
4. Client portal account
- To create an account you must be of legal age and provide truthful information.
- Use the ID number (NIT or ID card) you used to hire the service. Romap Group will review it before approving access to certificates.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- We may suspend or close accounts with false information, that attempt to access third-party data, or that misuse the portal.
5. Certificates
Certificates published in the portal correspond to services actually performed by Romap Group on the date and at the place stated. Each certificate has a verification code anyone can check on the site.
Altering, forging or using certificates for purposes other than proving the service performed is prohibited. Romap Group may report any fraudulent use to the authorities.
If you find an error in a certificate, write to us so we can correct it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the security or operation of the site, submit false or third-party information without authorization, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Such conduct may be a crime under Colombian Law 1273 of 2009.
7. Intellectual property
The texts, illustrations, logos and design of the site belong to Romap Group or are used with their owners' permission, and are protected by Colombian Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Decision 351 of 1993. You may not copy them or use them commercially without written permission.
8. Personal data
Processing of your data is governed by our Personal data processing policy, which you must accept separately. Accepting these terms does not authorize the processing of your data.
9. Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the site available and its information accurate, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011) when you act as a consumer.
10. Consumer rights, warranties and withdrawal
Services and products are covered by the legal warranty under Law 1480 of 2011. Warranty, withdrawal and refund conditions are explained in our Refund and withdrawal policy.
You can submit requests, complaints or claims through the channels on this site, and you may also contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version with its update date. If the change is substantial and you have an account, we will ask you to accept it again.
