As a data subject you can access, update, correct and delete your data, or revoke your authorization (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, art. 8).

Response times: inquiries, 10 business days (extendable by 5); claims, 15 business days (extendable by 8). If you are not satisfied, you may contact Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
